GEELONG will get a look at the Rhys Stanley-Jonathon Ceglar ruck combination for the first time in Saturday night’s clash with St Kilda.

The former Saint has made a quicker-than-expected recovery from a knee injury suffered against Port Adelaide and is among two inclusions.

After starting as the medi-sub last week before being injected into the game at three-quarter time for Gary Rohan, who will miss with a concussion, the newly re-signed Brandan Parfitt will be part of the starting 22.

Captain Joel Selwood joins in going out of the team, who the Cats have chosen to manage following his 350th game last week.

Zach Tuohy, who had played every game this season before missing the win over the Western Bulldogs with Covid, is among Geelong’s emergencies, along with Luke Dahlhaus, Sam Menegola and Francis Evans.

Defender Dougal Howard returns for St Kilda, with Jarrod Lienert and Ryan Byrnes omitted.
